Mold Design:  We believe quality begins with mold design capability and consider it to be the key to successful mold making. At MP Mfg we have invested in both people and technology to ensure that our designs meet your highest expectations. Our experienced mold designers utilize the latest software to directly take the clients CAD model into design. All mold designs are then validated to our clients tooling standards and molding specifications.

Mold flow Analysis:  Mold flow analysis enables MP Mfg's engineers to identify potential problems before they happen. Once again using moldflow injection molding simulation software, engineers analyze how a part should be molded accounting for gate locations, wall thicknesses, size, and type of material. They also look for potential molding defects, such as gas entrapment, weld lines, shorts and sinks.

File Transfer: Files can be imported and exported in all common fomates including: IGS, STP, PRT, SLDPRT, DXF, DWG etc. File transfers are done via E-mail or FTP.
